Terms of Use

Effective 5 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and YouGen ("we", "us"), the operator of yougenapp.com (the "Service"). By entering the site or creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented material where you live. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You sign in through Google or Discord using their official sign-in pages. We do not issue passwords and will never ask for your Google or Discord password, verification codes, or recovery details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your provider account secure. One person, one account.

3. Credits and payments

1. Generations are paid with credits bought in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
2. Payments are processed by NOWPayments, an independent payment processor, on its own checkout page. We never collect card numbers, bank details, wallet seed phrases, or private keys.
3. Credits are delivered to your account when the processor confirms the payment. If a confirmed payment does not deliver credits, contact us and we will fix it.
4. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable once used. Unused credits from a failed or duplicate purchase are refunded or corrected on request.

4. What you may not create or do

• Anything depicting minors, or anyone who appears to be under 18, in any context.
• Depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, including public figures.
• Non-consensual, violent, degrading, or otherwise illegal sexual content.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or defames anyone, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempts to bypass the age gate, abuse the credit system, probe or attack the Service, or resell access.

Prompts are filtered and outputs may be reviewed. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits used on violating content.

5. Your content and ours

You keep the rights you have in your prompts. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We keep a copy of generated images for delivery, abuse prevention, and support, and we may remove any image that violates these terms. The Service, its software, models, and design are ours and may not be copied or reverse engineered.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as is. Generation times and results vary, models change, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
