Privacy Policy
Effective 5 September 2026. This policy explains what yougenapp.com, operated by YouGen, collects and why. The short version: we keep the minimum needed to run your account, deliver what you paid for, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data.
What we collect

What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, bank details, wallet seed phrases, or private keys, and we will never ask for them.
- We do not use your prompts or images to train models without telling you first.
Who else sees data
Google and Discord (sign-in), NOWPayments (payments), and Cloudflare (network and DNS) each process the data needed for their role under their own policies. Our GPU workers that render images are operated by us; rented compute, when used, receives only the prompt and returns the image.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Generated images and prompts are kept for delivery and review and may be deleted after a period of inactivity. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to [email protected] from the email address on the account. We will confirm and complete the deletion, except for records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
The site is for adults 21 and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete such data if we learn of it.
